Request Funds for your ministries work

If you would like to request financial support from the Salem ONE Church Fund please fill out all information on this form and we will review it and respond within 7 days. If you don't hear from us in 10 days you may reach out via email to check in on your request.

Restrictions:

Funds can ONLY be distributed to Non-profit organizations or churches with a Tax ID#/EIN. This is due to NCF's rules for distributing funds.
Funds must be used to advance the kingdom of God so their use must keep Christ and His Gospel at the center of the need.
The Ministry must be located in the Salem/Keizer area. This is a SALEM Churches fund. If your not sure if that applies to you- Just ask and we will review it.
