2 Cor 8:14 at this present time your abundance being a supply for their need, so that their abundance also may become a supply for your need, that there may be equality;

The verse above is the very heart of this fund. Salem ONE's team desired to create a way to help serve the body of Christ in Salem by sharing the load. We believe God has given the Salem Church all that we need to do all that God has called us to do. But how do we get those recourses from those who "have an abundance" and want to be "a supply for your need" and get those gifts to the right places at the right time at a citywide level?  We found a way! Since Salem ONE is not a organization we have connected with NCF a Christian non-profit that is here just for this very purpose!  Your donations are placed into the fund that Salem ONE has set up for the City of Salem, and those funds are released to churches all over Salem as the ministries request them. Those requests are reviewed by the stewardship team and dispersed as needed.

• Salem ONE does not own any donations recieved but rather gives oversight to the fund within NCF and distributes the money upon request to the work of the Gospel in Salem. 

• Funds are Tax-deductible and NCF handles all receipts for donations given.

• Funds dispersed can ONLY be used by approved non-profit ministries in the Salem area.

• Funds are distributed under the prayerful guidance, review and approval by the pastor led Steering Team.

• Money in this fund is devoted to the needs of the Church of Salem and will only be used for that purpose.
